Information point
We’ll be running an information point where you can come and ask any questions you have about the weekend. It will be open 8:30-9:30am Saturday & Sunday.
For any site-specific questions or issues, the best people to speak to are the Cefn Lea team. Visit their reception and there should be team on hand to help.
When we leave
Please remove your bedding and drop it off at the bedding drop points at reception before you leave. We need to leave the site by 3pm on Sunday.
The Offering
On Sunday morning we’re taking an offering towards the future of our Grace Connection family. You should hear more about the offering from the stage across the weekend, but here’s a reminder of what the offering is going to:
What’s the offering for?
£10,000 for The River Church as they continue to grow and bless Newcastle.
Cover the remaining costs of Together Weekend not covered by ticket sales (roughly £15,000).
Fund and develop future church plants as God leads us.
You’ll have an offering form on your seat on Sunday morning which we’ll then fill in and place in a basket as part of the service. The bank information you need to fulfil your gift is below:

Saturday Activities
On Saturday afternoon we’re running a few activities for everyone to get involved in. Below are all the details you need to know about where to meet and what time.
- Nature walk – meet Andrew & Claire outside the external door nearest the main hall
- Kids’ treasure hunt – meet Elliot & Katie at the outdoor playground
- Slip ‘n’ slide – on the big hilly grass over by the chalets
- Volleyball – next to slip ‘n’ slide
- Football – meet on the grass by the playground
- Ice cream van coming at 3 o’clock
You don’t need to sign up for anything, just turn up and the team will help you get involved.
Kids
We’ve worked hard to make sure our kids have a great time at Together Weekend. We’ve got kids’ groups, activities and obviously lots of free time for them to enjoy with family and friends.
Kids' Groups
We’re running kids’ groups during both the morning sessions (Saturday and Sunday morning), with the following age groups:
- 0-3s (oldest being 3.5 years)
- 3-6s (from 3.5 years to school year 1)
- 7-11s (school year 2 to school year 6)
Please drop your kids off at 10am for their morning groups.
Kids' Activities
On Saturday evening we’re running some kids’ activities including crafts, sports and a film in the cinema (this will be a U rated film). There will also be a tuck shop available. These activities are only for children in school years reception to year 6.
Please drop your children off at 7:15pm.
