Every two years we go away for a few days to encounter God, in extended times of worship and in His word, and celebrate the incredibly journey God’s brought us on so far. It’s a moment for us to catch God’s heart for the local church and seek Him for our future together and we would love you to be part of that. Tickets close at the end of May so get yours now before it’s too late!
This page has sections aimed at addressing all of your questions. Keep reading to see if your question has been answered. We also have an FAQs section at the bottom of this page, so don’t miss that!

Accommodation
Together Weekend 2026 will take place at Uttoxeter Racecourse where there’s loads of space for camping which is free (or +£10 if you want electric hook-up for the weekend). There are also a load of paid accommodation options nearby too if you don’t fancy camping.
It may be possible to arrange to borrow, hire, or to organise sharing a tent with someone from your church. Or you could use a tent-hiring service like this one from IBEX Camping: click here. You can hire a tent from them and they’ll deliver it to your door!
If you have any questions about trying to borrow or share a tent with someone from your church, your best bet is to reach out to your Together Weekend co-ordinator, which you can find here.
Yes! There is space on site for campervans and electrical hook-ups are available. Hook-up spaces add £10 to your ticket and are available on a first-come-first-served basis, so if you’d like to secure one, book your ticket soon!

Catering
Together Weekend 2026 is a self-catered weekend, so you can bring your own food from home, group together with others, or use the nearby supermarkets and cafés (Uttoxeter Racecourse is just a 5-10 min walk from a Lidl and Waitrose). We’ll also have a catering company coming with a big food truck each day so you can buy a range of foods from there if you want to (please note you’ll need to provide your own breakfast).
Note: Together Weekend will be nut-free across the whole site.
What to bring
Most of what you need to bring should be relatively normal for a church weekend away, but we will produce a full kit list for camping so that you don’t forget anything.
Transport
Uttoxeter Racecourse is easily accessible by car with plenty of parking available on site, and by train (just a 10 minute walk from Uttoxeter train station). Check with your church's Together Weekend co-ordinator (click here) to find out if there will be a coach travelling to Together Weekend from your church. Whatever happens, we promise you won’t be left behind!
Kids & Youth
We want every child to have a great weekend and be well looked after.
Kids will be assigned to groups for the morning main sessions, just like Sundays. We’ll also have a variety of things available for kids across the weekend to keep them entertained.
Youth. During both of the morning sessions we’ll run a youth session for School Years 6-9, with games and a Bible study. On Saturday afternoon from 2-3.30 we'll have a youth drop in zone where they can swing by to hang out with the team over a hot chocolate and some games.
Church questions?
If you have any specific questions relating to Together Weekend and your church we recommend getting in touch with the Together Weekend co-ordinator from your church who will be happy to help!

No. We won’t have access to fridges at the site. If you have electric hook up then you can arrange for your own refrigeration, but don’t have any communal fridges.
Yes. Camping will be sectioned out roughly for each church, but each tent won’t be plotted out ahead of time. Instead, you’ll be guided to your church zone and be able to pitch up in a way that works for each church size.
If you want to camp with specific people, your best bet is to arrive at the same time or arrange ahead of time to save the space.
Yes. The electric hook-up is in its own section, so you won’t be located with all of the tents from your church. Don’t worry though, they’re not far away, it’s just the other side of a low hedge.
